The Ring Two came out in theatres today. Much scarier and suspenseful than part one. I thought it was great. ^^ Kept clinging to Chuck's arm, squeezing it with all my strength. At one point, I jumped at some part that was so scary, I gave myself a headache. The story lacks a wee bit more than the first, but there's much more action. I totally reccomend ya'll go see it. ^^!

Personally, I didn't think that the first one was even remotely scary. However...it did give ideas for some interesting pranks... So Ring Two is better, eh? I'd hope so...maybe I'll watch it when it comes out on DVD. It really didn't strike me as being one of those must-watch movies.

I didnt find the first Ring scary, either. I did kind of like the plot and boy, if I had an orgasm for every time I rewound that one scene when the girl in the beginning walked into her room and screamed... xD I never saw the first one in theatres, it seemed cheesy or something. I rented it though, and I must've watched it 6-7 times. I wanted to be prepared for part two. And yush... good good good good good. ^^

The only thing 'scary' movies are good for are getting your girl to latch onto you. If it takes a movie to do that, though, then I suggest you see other people. Or buy her something expensive.

You mean to tell me you dont enjoy that suspenseful feeling, or that edge of your seat excitement and waiting for something big to happen that might make you cringe, chuckle, furrow your brows, make your mouth gape a little, or imagine over and over again as you lay asleep in your completely darkened room with that random strange feeling that someone is starring at you through the darkness? C'mon! ^^
Late announcement: The Incredibles came out on dvd this past week. Really good movie, however, their "bloopers" section on the second disk shows you how truly perverted and desperate the creators really are. Pretty much every 'blooped' scene has some underlying sexual innuendo to it. Some more noticable than others.

I'm not really holding much hope for The Ring Two, considering as how Ring 2 (the original sequel to the original) sucked balls, and it was the Japanese one, and since the American re-make (The Ring) paled in comparison to the original 'Ring' I'm probably not gonna bother with The Ring Two until its free on the TV. If you haven't seen Ring, I recommend you do as it is far, far creepier than The Ring, especially the scene where she comes out of the TV as in the American one she does this dodgy-ass teleportation thing and practically leaps out of the screen, which is pure shite. Also 'Samara' (her proper name is Sadako) has this stupid ass rotten green flesh, which is lame because Sadako is just incredibly pale and dank-seeming. This is because Ring was a made-for-tv-movie when it came out and so the budget was low.. Low budget horror tends to be better than Hollywood horror 9 times out of 10. 'Tis rare that a re-make can ever be better than an original. Like.. what the fuck is with re-making Assault on Precinct 13?#nosmileys

I think I'll watch that at my brithday party, Ladder 49, that is.
My friend is having his birthday party on Thursday, 'cause that's his birthday, and it's cool 'cause there's no school on Friday.
Anyway, about The Ring 2...oh my, I went to see that last Friday with a bunch of people who love movies like that, I hate horror movies 'cause I hate getting scared, and I'm scared pretty easily. Brock said I could sit next to him cause he's the same way. We clutched each other the whole time(not gay, NOT gay). In short, by the end of the movie, my arms were ashy and Brock's were red. I'd never been so scared in my life...except when I saw Wes Craven's New Nightmare, which was a Freddy Crougar movie. In short, I'll be sleeping with my lights on.
And my birthday is in 9 days!
